I’m not here to befuddle you.
I value independence. Yours and mine. That’s why I don’t do water-tight retainers or guilt-trippy contracts. If you’re turning up to our sessions out of obligation, something’s already broken. I want you to look forward to our time together. Not count the minutes until it’s over.
Collaborative, not confrontational.
This isn’t me peering down at your business from some guru-shaped pedestal. We get stuck in together. I ask the curious, occasionally uncomfortable questions that help you figure out where you’re going. And how to get there without losing your soul or your lunch.

I’ve been doing this for 30 years. I’ve got all the shiny tools. SEO, YouTube, podcasting, strategy. But we don’t use them just because they’re trendy. Like a good dentist, I only reach for the drill when we know exactly what needs fixing.

If you’re feeling a bit stuck or invisible, like a supermarket trolley with one wonky wheel that refuses to go where you point it, we start here. This is a one-off, fun session where we dig deep into what makes you unique and excellent, what problems you solve and for who.

The Goal: To rediscover the enthusiasm and clarity that made you start this journey in the first place.
The Output: A simple, easy-to-understand report that you can refer back to whenever you’re questioning anything about your business. You’ll know what makes you unique, what ‘pain’ you solve and who your ideal client is.

Once we have your Manifesto, it’s time to build. This isn’t a pre-packaged ‘course’ where I expect you to fit into my box. It’s a collaborative partnership where the relationship leads the tools.
I don’t believe in forcing people into rigid frameworks. Instead, we spend time getting to know how you work, then I reach into my toolbox for the specific gear you need. Because I’ve been doing this for 30 years, that toolbox is overflowing with cool tools.
